While at UTDB, Dr Hakym received numerous accolades, including several mentions in the National Dean's list and All-American Scholar's Awards. She also received the coveted Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons award.  

She has completed extensive continuing education in Occlusion, Dental Aesthetics, Full Mouth Rehabilitation, Root canal Treatment, Invisalign and Lasers.

Dr. Hakym is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Life & Hobbies

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hakym enjoys traveling the world, baking, interior decoration, and spending time with her wonderful son.
